MISSIONS & MINISTRIES
Our Missions Ministry develops deeply committed Christians by sending members of our congregation into our community, denomination and world to make disciples and serve others in ways that honor God, share Christ, transform lives and promote justice.
We strive to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord (as stated in Matthew 28:18-20) by serving the spiritual needs of those around us beginning in our local community. We offer several areas of ministry for Missions.
Upward Basketball & Cheer-leading League - A wonderful ministry through the field of sports for Boys & Girls from K-12th Grade. For information on our league you may call 828-765-0660 and to visit the Upward website it is www.upward.org
We broadcast our church services on our local radio station during the week:
Sundays on WTOE 1470AM from 1:30-2:30 PM & on WYCV 900AM from 3:00-4:00 PM, every Thursday at 9:00 am on www.justjesusradio.com
We have a Missions Disaster Relief Team that serves in various areas that the Lord sends us to in order to spread the Gospel through our work and His Word.
We have evangelism teams that go out on weekly visitation on Monday nights. To spread the Gospel to our community in a door to door; person to person way of sharing the love of Christ.
